Ecology and health At Villas Heredad Kamezí we offer a stay in complete harmony with the natural environment with healthy indoor spaces, free from artificial electromagnetic fields.
Each of our villas were designed with famous Lanzarote architect, César Manrique, in mind. This gives them a unique architectural style and also ensures that biocliomatic principles were used to ensure minimal environmental impact, whilst maintaining your comfort. Eighty percent of the materials used are natural, without any secondary processing. This design enables natural climate control, with out the need for air conditioning - even in the height of summer.
Our ecological mission involves the purification of wastewater for watering the gardens. The pools are natural sea water and are not subjected to any chemical treatments. We also have a desalination plant that enables us to produce drinking water. Sanitary hot water reaches the optimum temperature as it passes through the solar panels installed in the roof, thereby achieving significant energy savings.
