Villas Heredad Kamezí is a family-run company based in Lanzarote, Spain that rents villas to tourists. The purpose of this document is to outline the TERMS and GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT of the services of Pre-booking and of Villas Heredad Kamezí.
Use of these services implies full and unreserved acceptance and validity of each and every one of the Terms and/or General Conditions -which will be considered as automatically included in the contract that is signed with Villas Heredad Kamezí, without the need for their written transcription in the same- outlined in the last updated version of these Terms and/or General Conditions.
1.2 GENERAL CONDITIONS
a)
It is possible to place requests to book the villas by either telephone or in writing (by mail, email or request form).
b)
Once the booking request has been received, availability will be confirmed in writing.
c)
The offer must be accepted in writing by the client and is binding.
d)
Acceptance of the offer will be confirmed in writing by Heredad KamezÍ
e)
Confirmation of the booking will be made through an advance payment of 50% of the total amount due into the bank account designated when the booking is confirmed.
f)
Full payment for the stay in the villa can be made in cash or by credit card.
g)
When the booking process is completed, the client must comply with the contract, regardless of the full duration of the contract.
h)
Villas Heredad Kamezí undertakes to pay for similar accommodation to compensate the client if it is unable to provide the service.
i)
The client undertakes to pay for use of the contractual services and the penalty for cancelling the stay at Villas Heredad Kamezí.
j)
Cancellation rates:

Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before the beginning of the stay: 25% of the rent

Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before the beginning of the stay: 50% of the rent

Cancellation 14 to 8 days before the beginning of the stay: 80% of the rent

Cancellation between 7 and 0 days before the beginning of the stay: 100% of the rent
k)
It is recommended that you obtain travel insurance.
l)
Hire of the villa is covered by a full and appropriate inventory. The tenant agrees to respect the Villa and the communal areas. Any damages caused during the hire of the Villa will be covered by the tenant. As a deposit of guarantee, the client will provide an amount set by Villas Heredad Kamezí upon arrival or a copy of their credit card.

We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express.

REGULATIONS OF THE COMPLEX
a)
The client will be held responsible for costs in the event of loss of the key.
b)
The villa may only be occupied by the number of people, adults and children mentioned in the booking. Reception must be notified if the number of people changes.
c)
Pets are only permitted in exceptional cases and with prior request
.
d)
Villas Heredad Kamezí is a place of rest and relaxation so we would please ask for moderation as regards the volume of music. We request total silence after 22.00.
e)
Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
f)
Use of the pool is the client's responsibility. Guests with children must supervise them at all times in the pool area.
