Each pool is designed differently and has a seawater system where the water is recycled evey day.

80% of the materials used to build the terraced houses are all natural and the remaining 20% have only undergone one transformation which means that there are no polymeric materials that have been used.

The estate has a de-salting station with its own purifier.
